Special Agents act as the lead in all investigative and crime prevention programs, as well as in incident response situations where tactical operatives such as SWAT (Special Weapons and Tactics) or HRT (Hostage Rescue Teams) are required. Professional Staff work in support roles vital to the success of missions, programs and incident responses.
